Shipping policy

We offer free standard shipping on orders over $150! Discount will be applied automatically at checkout. Australia and New Zealand customers only.

Upon placing your order, a confirmation email will be sent to you confirming receipt of your order. A subsequent email detailing your tracking number will be sent once the order is dispatched. 

If you do not receive a shipping confirmation email within 24 hours, please contact us.

All orders are processed within 24 to 48 hours (on business days), when the order is received between Monday-Friday, before 12pm midday.

*Delivery times are an estimate only. Please note that during sale/promotional events, delivery may take longer than the specified delivery times.


Most metropolitan area deliveries are expected to arrive within 3 to 5 business days from the time of shipment.

For regional areas and areas outside the metropolitan area, delivery is generally 4 to 7 business days.


Due to the cancellation of an increasing number of international flights and country specific lockdowns, overseas transit times may be delayed.

- New Zealand (generally 10-20 working days).

- North America, Western Europe, Asia and the Pacific (generally 10-28 working days).

- Rest of the world (generally 14-30 working days).

We ship domestically in Australia and to other international countries.

Returns and exchanges

You may return your purchase for a credit note/exchange for incorrect colour within 30 days, or a refund to the original payment method within 30 days of purchase. All items must be in original condition, unworn or used, and in the original box.

Clearance Products: please choose carefully when purchasing items that are on clearance. Clearance items are marked ending in '.80' cents. These items are not returnable for a refund (unless faulty).

Please note that there may be a $10 standard shipping charge for your exchange order. We will always do our best to act quickly and ensure your satisfaction.

Refunds are processed by the original method of payment. The refunded amount will be the value paid for the items returned less applicable fees. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

1. Head to our return portal.

2. After you enter your order number and email address, our customer service team will contact you to confirm the return.

3. Pack all the returned items, along with a print off of your confirmation of purchase email. You can use the packaging the items arrived in or another box if you prefer.

4. Go to local post office, or another courier, to ship the package address for the package (Shipping costs are the customers responsibility and we do not refund shipping costs).

5. Our customer service team will contact you once we receive your parcel to complete the process.

You can return your product in-store for store credita different product, or a refund to the original payment method. This is subject to availability of the goods. Our exchange and return policy will apply.

It is best to contact us if you plan on returning an item (for the same item) so we can make sure, your size will be available when you arrive.
